‍just prior to the Financial Crises to manage condominiums, apartments and commercial properties in a growing Detroit and Southeastern Michigan market. Susana and Jason Dean have more than 30 years of experience in the management and development fields starting their careers in San Diego California in the 1990s. JS Dean has about 60 company employees who serve our property owners with a combination of products and services with a portfolio of just over 1,500 units of multi-family condominium and apartment rentals. Our company strives to create deep long-term relationships with our partners, both customers and with our staff. Our partners are like a family based on trust and delivery of our services on-time and on-budget. We manage MSHDA and HUD-compliant products.
